- NASHA Technology, or Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid Technology, is a form of Hyaluronic Acid that is stable, safe, and minimizes the risk of allergic reactions. It has been widely used since 1996 and is now employed in over 70 countries worldwide. It has received safety standards approvals from the FDA in the United States and CE marks from Europe. The gel particles come in various sizes—small, medium, and large—depending on the specific filler product. These properties enable the filler to attract and retain water molecules upon injection, preventing it from spreading to surrounding areas. This helps to moisturize the skin and maintains its condition within our bodies for approximately 6 months to 1 year. Doctors can utilize it according to the specific needs of each issue.
- OBT Technology, or Optimal Balance Technology, is another manufacturing technology used in Restylane fillers. It was developed after the NASHA technology but has gained acceptance and adoption by various physicians worldwide. It focuses on providing optimal flexibility and firmness. It can be dissolved naturally and can be reinjected continuously. It can last for approximately 12 months.

Neuramis filler is a type of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler that naturally dissolves over time. It is manufactured in Korea and imported to Thailand by Medyceles Company. Neuramis filler has gained popularity in the past 3-4 years due to its relatively lower price compared to other leading brands.
Neuramis filler can be injected into various areas of the face to replenish the skin. Before making a decision, it’s important to research information about fillers and consider various factors for a safe and effective outcome.
Currently, Neuramis fillers have 2 models certified by standards including KFDA from Korea, U.S. FDA from the United States, EDQM from Europe, and Thailand’s FDA.
- Neuramis Deep Lidocaine : semi-thick, volumizing gel texture. However, the difference lies in the inclusion of 0.3% Lidocaine, which helps reduce pain during injection.
- Neuramis Volume Lidocaine has the most viscous gel texture among all models, providing excellent flexibility and stability. It is suitable for addressing moderate to severe wrinkles and contains Lidocaine to minimize discomfort during injection.
Neuramis filler typically lasts between 6 to 12 months after injection. However, the duration can vary depending on individual care. Avoiding behaviors that accelerate filler degradation can help prolong its longevity.
e.p.t.q Filler
e.p.t.q filler is another Korean brand that is gaining significant attention recently. e.p.t.q prioritizes safety greatly, with a specialized production process that ensures the effectiveness and high safety of its filler texture. Despite being a relatively new player in the market, its quality is unquestionable.
e.p.t.q (epitique) filler is a Korean brand consisting of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers that naturally dissolve in the body without any residue. It’s popularly used for facial augmentation, reducing wrinkles, lines, and folds to achieve a more youthful appearance.
Developed and manufactured by Jetema Co., Ltd. in South Korea, e.p.t.q fillers are currently imported and distributed in Thailand by Aestema Thailand.
Despite being a Korean filler, e.p.t.q has obtained CE Mark certification and is currently distributed in over 59 countries worldwide.
The e.p.t.q fillers have three models available in Thailand, namely S100, S300, and S500, each with distinct characteristics tailored to address various facial areas’ concerns effectively. These fillers are designed to provide standard solutions for facial enhancements and corrections.
S100 Lidocaine (green)
This model contains 24 milligrams of Cross-linked Hyaluronic acid blended with 3% Lidocaine per 1cc syringe.
It is formulated with the softest gel texture, making it easy to inject. Ideal for filling in deep skin layers, it provides natural-looking results without lumping.
Suitable for injecting into the forehead, temple, under-eye hollows, and fine lines to add moisture to the lips.
